Tara Anderson – Administrative Assistant
Tara has been with the Cooperative since April 7, 2003 and has an Associate’s Degree in Administrative Office Technology with Medical Specialty from VUJC. She has been married to her husband, David, for 28+ years and they have 5 children.  
Tara assists with multiple office functions including, but not limited to the managing of the Cooperative's website, along with accounts receivables, accounts payable, and payroll.  Tara also works closely with Cooperative Members in the re-pricing of the Workers Comp claims. 

Brenda Benner – Utilization Review Nurse
Brenda is a RN with 19 years experience in hospital and medical office environments. Her most recent experience has been with surgery scheduling and precertification in a physician's office. Brenda and her husband, Carl, have 6 children and 11 grandchildren.
Brenda is responsible for managing the Utilization Review and Referral Processes for the Cooperative Members and their employees. In addition to UR, Brenda works closely with the Cooperative’s Large Case Management.

Alissa Brosmer - Executive Director
Alissa joined the Cooperative staff in December of 2018. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics from Indiana University. Alissa has worked in pharmaceutical sales, home medical equipment sales, and most recently business development for a local hospital. She and her husband, Jared, have 4 children.
Alissa works closely with the Cooperative's network employers, physicians, and members.

Adam Dawkins, M.D. - Medical Director
Dr. Dawkins received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed a residency in Internal Medicine at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis where he completed a fellowship in Cardiology. Dr. Dawkins joined Memorial Hospital in 2007 and is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease.
