Our Mission:
The Patoka Valley Health Care Cooperative is committed to improving the health status of the communities it serves. It will accomplish this goal through improved communications between local health care providers, businesses and their employees. The health care services obtained by Cooperative members will be managed to provide effective patient outcomes in a cost effective manner.

To receive the highest level of benefits, an APPROVED PVHCC Referral MUST BE obtained PRIOR to seeing a provider or receiving services outside of the PVHCC Network. Services from EACH Non PVHCC Provider/Facility WILL REQUIRE a separate APPROVED Referral.
